HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you should need to make a return, please follow the directions below.

1. Please include a copy of your invoice or order number with your return merchandise.
2. Mail your return merchandise to the address listed on your package.

You may return most items purchased at CITYBOYZFASHIONS.COM within 21 days from the date of sale for a full refund less shipping charges.

Note:
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed to all returns after 14 days from date of sale.
We are unable to accept returns of certain items, including: Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Any product missing the serial number or UPC. Underwear or Swimsuits. Last Call Sale Items. Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned with or without a receipt. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement. We do ask that you pay the cost of the original shipping. For a full item credit: returns must include all original attached tags, boxes, authenticity certificates and in original brand new condition. Items returned without original tags, boxes, authenticity certificates or in original new condition will receive a partial refund.
